DTF printing

Why we print apparel with DTF

DTF printing puts your full design, in every color, onto a film that is heat-pressed onto the shirt. There are no screens to make, so a design with many colors needs no extra setup. Fine lines, gradients and photos all come through.

It also works on almost any fabric: 100% cotton tees, polyester sports shirts, blends, hoodies and caps, in white, black or any color. That makes it a good fit for small teams, events, staff uniforms and merch for a new brand.

Need the art too?

Send your logo and we will set it up for print. No logo yet? See logo design or our graphic design services.

Custom apparel questions

What is DTF printing?

DTF means direct-to-film. Your design is printed in full color onto a special film, coated with an adhesive powder, then heat-pressed onto the garment. It handles photos, gradients and small text, and it works on cotton, polyester and blends in light or dark colors.

How do I order custom shirts?

Browse the garments above and pick a style and color. Then send us your design, the sizes and how many of each you need, and we reply with a quote.

How do I wash a DTF-printed shirt?

Turn it inside out, wash it in cold or warm water, and tumble dry on low or hang it to dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Treated this way, a DTF print stays bright and flexible for a long time.

Can you design the shirt for me?

Yes. Send us your logo or an idea and we can make print-ready shirt art. Small fixes are a flat fee and new artwork is billed by the hour, quoted before we start.
