Where we ship
We ship physical products to addresses in the United States only (50 states plus DC). We do not currently ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), or international destinations. If you need international shipping for a large order, email sales@cipherforces.com and we'll look into a custom quote.
Production times
Production time is the time from proof approval to the package leaving our production facility. It is in addition to shipping transit. Typical production windows:

If you have a hard deadline, tell us at checkout and we'll confirm whether it's achievable. We don't process any print order into production until you've approved a proof in writing.
Shipping methods and rates
We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx — whichever is the best fit for your timeframe, address, and the weight of the order. You pick a shipping tier at checkout (standard, expedited, or express); we pick the specific carrier on the back end to hit that window.
Rates shown at checkout are final. We do not add surprise fees after checkout.
Local pickup
If you're local, we can arrange free pickup in either Tujunga or Glendale, California. The specific pickup location is confirmed with you after your order. By default we default to Glendale unless we've agreed otherwise.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves production. Tracking data is provided by the carrier; we don't update it directly. If tracking hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, email us so we can open a carrier inquiry.
Delays beyond our control
Severe weather, carrier backlogs, public holidays, labor actions, and similar events can delay delivery. We don't guarantee delivery dates, and we won't refund shipping charges for carrier delays that are not our fault. If a package is delayed beyond the carrier's own guaranteed window, you can often claim that refund directly with the carrier.
Lost packages
A package is considered lost if tracking shows "not delivered" 10 business days past the carrier's expected delivery date. We'll reprint and reship at no cost. We cannot reimburse packages that tracking shows as "delivered" — in that case please check with neighbors and your local post office and file a carrier claim; we're happy to help with documentation.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a correct, complete shipping address. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses incur a reshipment fee at cost. We recommend double-checking the address on the checkout confirmation screen before submitting.
Taxes and duties
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination. Since we don’t ship internationally, there are no import duties to worry about.
