Overview
We want you to be happy with what you buy from CipherForces. This page explains when you can get a refund, reprint, or credit — product by product. Where a product is delivered as an ongoing service or a custom deliverable, the rules naturally differ from a commodity purchase. If you're not sure which rule applies, email sales@cipherforces.com.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you may have under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (for example, the UK Consumer Rights Act, EU Consumer Rights Directive, Australian Consumer Law, or California Civil Code §1723).
Pro License
All sales of the Pro License are final. Because the license unlocks digital functionality the moment it's activated, we don't offer routine refunds.
That said, we review refund requests case-by-case within the first 30 days of purchase. If something's not working for you, email sales@cipherforces.com with your order number and a short explanation, and we'll make a call in good faith.
After 30 days the license is non-refundable.
Print orders
Print products are made-to-order. They cannot be re-sold and are therefore non-refundable once production has started — except in the cases below.
- Before production starts — if you've approved a proof but we haven't yet sent it to production, we can still cancel and refund. Email us as quickly as possible.
- Before proof approval — for orders that include design work by us, if you cancel before approving the proof, you're refunded the print-production portion of the order. Design work already completed is covered by the Design & Logo section below.
- Manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Email sales@cipherforces.com with clear photos within 5 business days of receiving the product. Verified defects get a free reprint or, at our option, a refund. After 5 business days the project is considered complete and closed.
- Wrong item delivered. We reprint and reship at no cost.
- Lost in transit. If tracking shows "not delivered" and the package cannot be located through the carrier after a reasonable wait, we reprint at no cost.
- Content you approved is not our problem. Spelling mistakes, wrong phone numbers, color surprises from uncalibrated monitors, and other content issues in artwork you approved are your responsibility, per the Terms of Service. We do not proofread client-supplied text.

Design, logo, and wedding websites
Design work, logo services, and wedding websites are non-refundable once work has started. Because these engagements are custom labor, the rules are:
- Before we start — full refund if you cancel before we begin any work (initial concept sketches, subdomain provisioning, research, etc.).
- After we've started, before delivery — no refund. The labor is sunk and tied specifically to your project.
- After delivery — no refund.
If you're on the fence, email sales@cipherforces.com before we start so we can confirm scope.
Starter packages (branding, web, automation)
Starter packages are scoped professional-services engagements. Refund terms for a specific package are set by the product page or signed Statement of Work for that engagement. The general rule is the same as for design and logo work: full refund before we start, non-refundable once the work is underway.
How to request a refund
- Email sales@cipherforces.com with your order number, a short description, and photos or screenshots if applicable.
- We reply within 2 business days with next steps. Most claims are resolved within 10 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit-card refunds typically post in 5–10 business days; bank debits can take up to 15 business days.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We resolve nearly all disputes within two business days. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in our suspending your access to the site and refusing future service. We cooperate fully with our payment processor and license reseller in chargeback evidence and will provide order records, IP logs, proof of delivery, and approval emails as needed.
Exceptions and overrides
Where a product page, coupon, or signed Statement of Work states terms different from this page, those more-specific terms apply to that purchase. If law requires a stronger right in your jurisdiction (e.g., UK CCRs 14-day cooling-off for digital goods not yet supplied), the stronger right applies.
