Stop doing the work the software should do.
Custom automations that connect the tools your team already uses. Multi-system integrations, document parsing, LLM-powered workflows, internal dashboards. Scoped per project on a free 10–15 minute call.
Want to skip the reading and just describe the problem?
Pick `I want to automate something` in the intake shortcut — you'll be on Step 7 in a minute and on a discovery call before the day is out.
What we build.
Eight common shapes our automation work takes. Most projects are a combination — we'll show you what fits on the discovery call.
Multi-system integrations
Stitch CRM, billing, scheduling, support, and storage so data flows without anyone copy-pasting.
Document parsing
Extract structured fields from PDFs, scans, and emails — invoices, contracts, intake forms, compliance docs.
LLM-powered workflows
Use AI where it earns its keep: categorize tickets, summarize long threads, draft replies, route by intent.
Real-time notifications
SMS / email / Slack alerts when something happens — a payment fails, a lead arrives, an SLA slips.
Internal dashboards
A single screen the team actually opens — bookings, revenue, pipeline, on-call status, whatever matters.
Scheduled tasks
Daily / weekly / monthly jobs that just run — reports, exports, reminders, follow-ups.
Webhooks + custom APIs
Connect anything to anything. We build the API connector when the off-the-shelf one is missing.
Database + storage workflows
Move data between Postgres, Airtable, Google Sheets, S3, Drive — with audit trails and retry logic.
Three shapes from past builds.
These are stylized examples — names and specifics removed to protect client detail. Anchored real outcomes we'll talk through on the call.
Booking → CRM → email sequence
New booking lands in the calendar → contact gets created in CRM → a tagged email sequence kicks off based on what they booked.
Document parsing for compliance
Drop a PDF in a folder → key fields parsed → flagged for review if anything is missing → archived with audit trail.
Marketing ops dashboard
Replaces 4 spreadsheets and 3 tabs. Pulls campaign data, attributes leads, surfaces what to do next.
Four steps, no surprises.
Free discovery call (10–15 min)
We walk through what you do today and where the friction is. No prep needed — just be ready to describe a process out loud.
Optional paid audit
For complex workflows we sometimes recommend a deeper paid audit before quoting — process map, system inventory, recommended tooling. Skipped on most projects.
Build quote
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. You know what gets built, on what platform, by when, and what it costs.
Build, ship, hand-over
We build, test, document, and either hand you the keys or stay on as the host — your call. Post-launch fix window included.
Stack we reach for first
We default to n8n self-hosted so you own the workflows and the bill stays flat. We use Make or Zapier when a project's volume + integrations make them cheaper. Custom code for the bits no platform handles.
- n8n (self-hosted, our default)
- Make.com
- Zapier
- Custom Python / TypeScript scripts
- OpenAI / Anthropic LLMs (when AI earns its keep)
- Airtable, Postgres, Google Sheets
- Stripe, Calendly, Slack, Notion
- Twilio (SMS/voice), Resend (email)
Common questions.
How does pricing work?
Every automation is fully custom — different systems, different volumes, different edge cases. We don't post starting prices because anything we'd publish would be wrong for half the projects. We scope on a discovery call (10–15 min, free) and quote after.
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. You pay a fixed one-time build fee per automation. We build it, test it, hand it over. You only pay ongoing costs for the platforms themselves (n8n hosting, Zapier, OpenAI API, etc.) — billed direct to you so there's no markup.
What platforms do you work with?
n8n (self-hosted by default), Make.com, Zapier, Google Workspace, Airtable, Stripe, Calendly, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, and most modern APIs. We pick the tool that fits the job, not the other way around.
How long does a build take?
Small workflows: 1–2 weeks. Multi-system integrations: 2–4 weeks. Complex custom builds with LLM-powered logic: 4–8 weeks. We give you a clear schedule with the quote.
What if something breaks after launch?
Every build comes with a post-launch fix window — 14, 30, or 60 days depending on the build complexity. If something breaks because of our work, we fix it at no charge. After the window, ongoing care is hourly or via a Care Package.
Do I own the automation?
Yes. We hand over the code, the workflow definitions, and the docs. If you'd rather we host and maintain it for you, that's a separate ongoing arrangement — quoted with the build.
