Technical SEO Audit — Find Every Reason Your Site Is Not Ranking
We run a full technical audit on your site — indexability, crawl errors, structured data, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and the dozens of small things that quietly tank rankings. You get a prioritized fix list with impact estimates, ready to hand to a developer (or us).

Why "I do not know why we are not ranking" is so common
If your site is published, indexed, and producing content, but you are still not ranking — the reason is usually technical, not editorial. You can have the best service pages on the internet, and if Google cannot crawl them correctly, you are invisible.
Common silent killers we see in audits: pages blocked by robots.txt that should not be, noindex tags accidentally left on after a migration, hreflang or canonical tag misconfiguration, schema markup that validates but does not match what is on the page (Google flags this as deceptive), broken internal-link structures that hide your best pages from crawlers, mobile rendering issues that only show on real devices, and Core Web Vitals failures that drop you a tier in mobile search.
None of these problems are visible to the owner. Most are not visible to a marketing freelancer who does not own a crawler. They are visible to anyone with Screaming Frog + a few hours + experience reading crawl data. That is what this audit is.
What the audit covers
We run your site through three crawlers (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and our own custom probe), correlate the results against Google Search Console data, and compile a 30-50 page report covering 60+ checkpoints across indexability, crawl efficiency, structured data, internal linking, speed, mobile usability, security, and content gaps.
Every finding gets a severity rating (P0 = critical/blocking rankings, P1 = should fix soon, P2 = nice to have) and an effort estimate so you can prioritize. The report is written in plain English — your developer can implement directly, or we can quote the fixes separately.
- 1Day 1-2: Three-crawler scan + Google Search Console + Bing Webmaster pull.
- 2Day 3-4: Manual review of crawl data, schema validation, mobile rendering on real devices.
- 3Day 5-6: Report drafted with prioritized fix list, effort estimates, and screenshots.
- 4Day 7: Report delivered + a 30-minute walkthrough call so questions get answered live.

Common questions
- SaaS tools give you a score and a generic checklist. They do not know your business, do not validate that schema matches actual page content, do not check structured-data semantics against what your customers search for, and do not flag the issues that are silently blocking specific pages. Our audit is a manual review on top of three different crawlers, written by a person who reads the data, not an automated PDF.
- The $499 covers sites up to 500 pages. For 500-5,000 pages, add $200 (we still do the manual review, just covering more content). Sites over 5,000 pages get a custom quote — usually $1,200-$2,500 depending on complexity.
- The audit fee covers the report only. After the report we can quote the implementation, OR you can hand the report to your existing developer / agency. The report is platform-agnostic and written so any competent developer can act on it.
- The audit identifies what is blocking your rankings. Implementing the fixes is what improves rankings. Across the audits we have done, sites that implement the P0 (critical) findings see meaningful ranking improvements within 4-8 weeks. Sites that only implement P2 (nice-to-have) usually do not.
- 5-7 business days end to end. Faster than that means we are skipping the manual review, which is where the real value is. Slower than that means we are inefficient.
- GBP optimization is a separate service ($149 standalone setup; ongoing management is the GBP + Reviews Sprint at $149/mo + $199 setup). Content audit — finding thin pages, cannibalization, and content gaps — is included in this technical audit. If you want full content strategy work on top, that is a separate engagement.
