Not everyone keeps Excel installed, and opening a spreadsheet someone emailed you shouldn’t mean uploading it to a random website. CipherForces Excel Viewer opens .xlsx, .xls, and .csv files instantly in your browser, with a tab for every worksheet, a clean sortable table, and paging so even large exports stay responsive.

Click any column header to sort — numbers, currency, and common date formats sort the way you’d expect, and blank cells sink to the bottom. Toggle whether the first row is a header, flip between sheets, then export the sheet you’re viewing back to a clean CSV. It reads the file with SheetJS and Papa Parse entirely on your device, so a confidential customer list or financial export never leaves your computer.

One honest caveat: this is a viewer, not an editor. It faithfully shows the values and formatting Excel would display, but it does not recalculate formulas, render charts, or let you edit cells in place. For a quick look, a sort, and a CSV export, that is exactly what you want.
