It uses the browser's native URL engine, so any existing query string is preserved and nothing gets double-encoded.

Because UTM tags are case-sensitive — "Google" and "google" become two separate sources in your reports — the builder can force every value to lowercase, and it flags the three tags analytics needs before you copy the link. Save the source, medium, and campaign combinations you reuse as presets, and generate a QR code of the finished link for flyers, posters, or packaging.

Everything happens on this page. There is no account, no link shortener in the middle, and no tracking of your tracking links.

An honest caveat

UTM tags live in the URL in plain sight and are trivial to edit or strip — they measure your own campaigns, they don't secure anything. Keep values short and readable, and never put personal or sensitive information in a tag.
