How fast do you respond?

What does website maintenance include?
Our website maintenance covers the work a site needs to stay correct, fast and safe: content and price updates, bug fixes, new pages, speed work, security patches, on-page SEO, and integrations like forms and booking tools. Hosting covers uptime, SSL and nightly health scans. You get a monthly summary of what was done.
How much does website maintenance cost?
Care plans are $450/mo (Care Lite, 2 hours), $1,000/mo (Care Standard, 5 hours), $1,800/mo (Care Plus, 10 hours). Or skip the plan and pay per job: we send a quote within 1 business day. Cheap plans that only run backups and plugin updates cost less, but nobody is doing work on your site.
How do hours roll over? (Plain English)
Didn't use all your hours one month? Up to 2 of them roll into the next month, so a quiet month isn't wasted. It's a one-month cushion, not an accumulating bank — those rolled hours are there for your next month, and if you don't use them they expire (they don't keep stacking). Example: on Care Standard you use 3 of your 5 hours in March, so 2 roll into April and you start April with 7 available. Your rolled-over hours are always used before any overage.
What counts as one hour?
Real working time on your project: planning, code, copy, testing, deploying. Rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. We send a short monthly summary so there's no mystery.
Is print-piece design billed from my Care hours?
No. Print design uses a separate rate ($85/hr rack, $65/hr for Care members) and does NOT draw from your Care block. We do that intentionally — print is a different skill tier and a different billing track.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, online, with no login and no call. Cancel online any time, with no notice period. During the 3-month minimum, the remaining months are billed as they come due and Care ends after the minimum. After it, Care ends at the end of the month you've already paid. No fees. Any rolled-over hours expire when Care ends.
What if I need more hours one month?
We use your rolled-over hours first. After that, anything beyond your tier bills at the plan-member rate. We tell you before we cross the line.
What does Website Care cover that hosting doesn't?
Hosting keeps your site online (global edge CDN, SSL, uptime monitoring, nightly site-health scans). Care covers everything that requires us doing work — priority support, content updates, bug fixes, new pages, performance tuning, SEO tweaks, integrations.
